Pet Central General Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping at Pet Central! 

The following terms & conditions are non-negotiable unless deemed a special circumstance by management.

All the terms below are only honored with proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt or Pet Central Account)

  • There is a 15 day refund, 30 day exchange with receipt on all unopened supplies.
  • Special order items are non-refundable
  • Special order livestock is to be picked up within 3 days of arrival, after which the items are eligible for sale
  • Special order dry goods are to be picked up within 7 days of arrival, after which the items are eligible for sale
  • Pet Central cannot be held accountable for incidents/accidents outside of the premise of the store such as but not limited to the dropping, destruction, or husbandry of products/livestock
