Live Animal Shipping Information

 

Dry Good Orders 

Supplies are shipped either UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail and are typically delivered within 2-3 days of an order being placed. 

  • Free shipping on dry good supplies ONLY $99+

 

Dry good orders are shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Dry good orders placed Saturday - Sunday are shipped the following Monday. Orders placed before 3pm CST can ship out same-day, orders placed after 3pm CST will ship out the next available shipping day.

 

When a dry good order is received, our staff does not reach out to discuss delivery date - the order will be shipped out as soon as possible (based on shipping schedule and order placed time). If you do want to delay a shipment or schedule delivery please notate this in your order notes when placing the order. 

 

General Shipping Information & Tracking

 

To check your shipping rates at any time, simply add the animal to your shopping cart and enter your zip code in the "Calculate shipping costs" box.

 

Tracking Information

On the day of your shipment, usually around 4-5pm CST, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number of your package that you can use to track the status of your package.

 

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

  • Delivery is not possible on U.S. Federal Holidays and therefore when necessary we will communicate with you to schedule the next best delivery date.

 

  • Pet Central abides by all federal, state, and local laws regarding live animal shipping. We may be unable to ship certain items to certain areas based on these regulations. 

 

Order Cancelation

We can cancel an order up to the point it has been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, contact us ASAP and we will get the order canceled if at all possible.
